Breathe, find yourself, fly: Through the brilliant technique of conscious connected breathing, embark on an adventure into the heart of yourself.
Together for an hour and a half we will go to meet our emotions, try to release the tensions stored inside the body and reconnect to ourselves. This transformative experience will allow you to reach a state of deep relaxation.
The workshop begins with a short time dedicated to movement and body awareness. Then we will quickly discover the power of the breath and learn together the technique of connected conscious breathing. Before our journey begins, everyone will have the opportunity to share an intention if they wish. There, lying comfortably and warmly on our mat, we will open the breathing circle which will last 40 minutes and will be followed by a short meditation moment. Finally we will take the time to land together and close the session with a moment of sharing.
