Set out to discover the flora and fauna of the Tuéda Nature Reserve along the Botanical Trail (wetland) accompanied by a nature guide.
This 2km trail rises through 180m in altitude, allowing you to discover a multitude of natural habitats: marsh, scree, meadow, dry grassland, pastureland, stream banks and, of course, the Arolla pine forest which is the Reserve's outstanding feature and the reason for its creation in 1990. The trail starts 200m after the Plan Ravet car park, on the left, and finishes at la Maison de la réserve on the banks of the lake. Allow 1hr 30mins to 2hrs to walk around the trail to allow you time to fully appreciate the site's natural riches.
