Downhill & Cross country training

They are open to novice as well as experienced riders with small groups to have fun at your own level while progressing. You will benefit from our qualified monitors, a technical and fun learning in safety: braking, crossing and jumps will have no more secrets for you.

Practical information :
- minimum 11 years old
- Training course from Monday to Wednesday from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm
- included: monitor, mountain bike, dorsal and knees protections, lift pass

- technical level required ++ : I ride a bike, I know how to ride
- physical level required ++ : I cycle regularly, I practice a sport regularly


This training is based on friendliness, technical learning, trust and experience sharing.
