Savoie cheese and wine tasting event

Program:

Introduction to agriculture in the mountains with a slide show and presentation of the regions, mountain breeds, production methods and wine of the Savoie…followed by tasting of the 8 cheeses of the Savoie that have the “Protected Designation of Origin” label which recognises the unique character of products made within a specific geographic area and according to regulated local techniques and 3 local wines that match them perfectly…activity lasting approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Tasting:

Individual portion of each cheese + 3 wines of the Savoie (Crémant de Savoie, Chignin-Bergeron, Abymes….)

The presented will introduce each product.
