Sharing day “Playful and sparkling zen attitude with the family”

An invitation to feel the elements of nature as a family and offer a sharing around breathing, Zen relaxation, joy and innocence of the child in order to touch the deep being. Wrapped in a cocoon of greenery, well-being and health, you leave with tools and an introduction to Ayurveda and yoga. The day is personalized according to the needs and desires of the family.

• Breathing hike in consciousness and playful to awaken the body and the spirit (1h00), from the altiport in the forest of Fontany

• Blind Walk

• Shared picnic or lunch option at Clos Bernard

• Games and Prana’Dance around the 5 elements

• Family self-massage

• Singing meditation by creating your own movements

The workshops are oriented in a playful way in order to bring receptivity to the children and a sharing with the parents.
