Workshop on gestures of a Hebrew letter linked to Marseille tarot cards – Zen altitude

A journey around the body through the meditative gestures of a letter of the Hebrew alphabet. This practice led by Christine Bredel is inspired by the Tehima and supported by the symbolism of the Marseille Tarot cards as taught by P.Trigano.
