Let's meet up in the middle of nature and go on an exploration of a wonderful and powerful tool: Our respiratory system!
All winter long, on Wednesdays (in French) and Fridays (in English), I will meet you at 10:30 a.m. in the splendid setting of the Tuéda nature reserve for an unforgettable experience in an extraordinary setting!
Together, during 1h30 we will relearn how to breathe, become aware of this underestimated tool that is the breath.
We will go through tools, mainly from yogic techniques, which are nowadays a growing subject of scientific research.
You will discover the unsuspected capacities of your respiratory system and you will experience several exercises, which you can then reproduce wherever you are.
The benefits of conscious breathing are numerous: Reducing stress and anxiety, calming the mind, improving physical performance, voluntarily influencing the autonomic nervous system, or apprehending the cold by activating the inner fire.
Meet me at the parking lot of the lake of Tuéda when the weather allows it!
No pre-requisite needed to enroll in this activity. Just wear warm clothe, a pair of waterproof or ski pants and don't forget your gloves.
