Yoga vinyasa

I am waiting for you at the Parc Olympique for 1hour15 of Vinyasa Yoga

Every Tuesday at 6.30pm and Wednesday at 7.30pm

Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice where postures flow in a fluid manner and harmonize thanks to the control of the breath. The accent in my classes is put on mobility and your capacity to be concious of how your body moves through space.

A complete class that engages deeply your whole body while exploring the asanas (postures) in a creative way.

Everybody is welcome, my classes are tailored for all levelS and I encourage you to listen to your body and to respect your own limits. The objective: Have fun, relax, and restore the mind-body connection.
