Living space:

A living room comprising a lounge, dining area and open-plan kitchen is perfect for sharing convivial moments with family or friends. Its south-facing aspect makes this living space pleasant and bright, especially as it enjoys breathtaking views of the slopes. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay: dishwasher, oven with microwave, hob and extractor hood.

Parents’ area:

The parents’ area consists of a bedroom with a double bed. Facing north, it offers breathtaking views of beautiful sunsets. The bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bath for relaxing after a day of skiing. Discreet hooks on the ceiling above the bath allow you to dry your ski clothes. The toilet is separate.

Children’s and friends’ area upstairs:

The duplex-style upper floor has been designed for children or for entertaining friends. The children’s bedroom is furnished with bunk beds and a pull-out bed, a small desk and a play area. It can accommodate up to 3 people.

Another room, mainly used as a TV lounge/games room, equipped with a sound bar and a PS4, can easily be converted into a bedroom with its sofa bed for 2 people. Ideal for hosting a couple of friends or coming with the children’s babysitter.

Upstairs there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a combined washing machine/dryer.

This means that parents, children or friends can all enjoy their privacy with their own bathroom and personal space.

From your balcony, you can enjoy views of the slopes:

Watch your children leave the ski school (ESF departure from Le Hameau), watch the children’s torchlight descent, or enjoy the twice-weekly evening sledging: the slope passes right in front of the flat.

Or simply enjoy an aperitif while taking in the panoramic view and the south-facing balcony, which offers plenty of sunshine.
