Restaurant La Flambée

Located in la Chaudanne in the heart of the nightlife of Meribel, the Flambée receives fans of Italian cuisine, in a chalet decoration. Each year, the menu evolves with new specialities of “the Italy’s boot”. An aperitif, Aperol Spritz and Americano can accompany novelties: Burrata with pesto, the beef carpaccio with its parmesan shavings or the famous Parma ham. The chef cooks in front of you homemade dishes that exalt the Italian flavors such as: risotto with truffles or porcini mushrooms, penne with pesto or all’arrabiata, fried prawns with crunchy vegetables, in perfect complement with a wine Amarone (Veneto region). Lovers of essential wood fire baked pizzas, melting, bread dough-based, will be happy with more than 20 different pizzas. The wine list made references to the best wines of Savoy, which combines excellent Italian wines and a thoughtful selection of grand crus in Bordeaux and Bourgogne and some prestigious classified designations. For the desserts, classics always appreciated such as fondant chocolate, profiteroles, Tatin tart or blueberries tart, and the famous tiramisu that is worth to it alone trying.
