Raclettes, fondues, tapas and other fine selections of the best specialities from Savoie, Burgundy and Corsica. In the kitchen, our chef Charles Erik Hostier, a native of the region and a lover of the terroir, has the art of revealing all the flavors on the plate.

WINE CELLAR

When you love it, you don’t count! The wine cellar offers a selection of over 500 wines, always selected with a passion for the profession. Our sommelier will be happy to tell you the story of our winemakers, and guide you through the vintages of Savoy, Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, Bordeaux and Corsica (and much more besides!).

The icing on the cake is that in our cellar, bottles are brought to the right temperature in less than 10 minutes, and aerated immediately so as not to spoil any pleasure. And for those who appreciate the art of slow decanting, our teams are not short of little attentions. R&eserve your bottle in advance, and we’ll take care of opening and aerating it before you arrive. With the utmost respect for the product.
