Jazz Variations Festival

On January 8, the septet Electrophazz mixes electro, jazz, hip-hop and R’N’B, with their new opus Back to the Future, a fusion that gives rise to a unique and energetic show with the spellbinding singer Mickaëlle Leslie and Eneeks, the London rapper with a percussive flow.

On January 15, The Two trio invites you on a voyage of jazz tinged with blues, infusing this atypical and universal group with Creole energy from the Indian Ocean.

On January 22, Les Doigts de l’Homme (Club Tour) revisit gypsy jazz, heir to Django Reinhardt, with virtuosity and creativity. To celebrate their 20th anniversary, the group offers a return to their roots with an ambitious album that illustrates the path they’ve travelled over the years with an acoustic and electric approach, as well as creative, “guitaristic”, colorful and demanding jazz.

Finally, on January 29, Elliavir offers a poetic journey blending vocal and instrumental jazz, with influences from Nordic and Oriental music and pop. Lou Rivaille’s voice and Rémi Flambard’s trumpet join forces to weave enveloping melodies carried by the accomplice trio of Christophe Waldner on piano, Cyril Billot on double bass and Maxime Mary on drums. This fascinating quintet offers music that will delight all ears and wide-open souls.
