For what purposes

  • Process your personal data in our customer marketing program, in order to carry out marketing operations, brand promotion and to have a better understanding of your needs and wishes

4. Cookies policy

Cookies are pieces of information sent by the server to your web browser.

Some cookies are used on our site for statistical analysis purposes: date and time of your visit, language of the site, most visited pages, operating system of your computer, browser software….

A cookie is also used to manage the user ID of our community chat application (Toky-Woky) from the site.

In order to optimise the content and services of the site and adapt them to your expectations, the www.meribel.net site collects your IP address (an IP address is a number assigned to your computer by the Internet service provider). This information is anonymous and reflects all connections made and not that of an identified person.

MERIBEL TOURISM has previously ensured that its service providers implement adequate guarantees and comply with strict conditions regarding confidentiality, use and data protection.

The personal data collected is stored on servers located in the European Union.

In addition, personal data may be disclosed to a third party if we are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order, or if such disclosure is necessary for the purposes of an investigation, injunction or judicial proceeding, within the national territory or outside it.

6. What are your rights?

In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the following rights:

  • the right to withdraw your consent at any time
  • right to object to the processing of personal data
