Located at a 200/250 metres walk from the ski area with easy access to the main lifts and ski schools gatherings. Restaurants, bars, stores at a 5 minute walk. Olynmpic Park (ice ring, swimming pool, wellness center, medical center) at a 10 minute walk.

Duplex apartment 2 rooms + cabin on the 4th and last floor with elevator. Accomodation for 4 persons (6 maximum with the sofa bed).
First level:
- independant cabin (with window) with 2 bunk beds for 1 person, drawers and closet.

- living room with attached kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hobs, classical and micro-wave ovens, dish washer, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, fondue and raclette sets), sofa bed for 2 persons, balcony facing South with view on the ski slopes.
