A space to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself in the heart of the alpine summer
In Méribel, summer is vibrant, intense, and alive… but it can also become overwhelming. Between seasonal work, outdoor activities, hiking, sports, family life, and constant stimulation, the body and mind rarely find true space to rest.
The White Moon Morning was created as a gentle sanctuary within this density — a conscious pause in the middle of the season, where you can step out of the rhythm of doing and return to simply being.
A moment to slow down, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with a quieter, clearer, more grounded inner space.
I am Magali, yoga teacher and facilitator of slow, embodied and restorative practices. I will be co-hosting this morning with Aude, systemic coach with a subtle and intuitive reading of inner dynamics. Together, we create a dual-voice space — a soft container where body, emotions and unconscious patterns can gently unwind and rebalance.

This morning invites you to:
slow down and deeply land in your body
release physical and emotional fatigue
calm the nervous system
reconnect with breath and presence
soften inner tension and mental overload
restore clarity, grounding and inner space
experience deep rest in the middle of a short and full season

A nourishing blend of practices
We will weave together:
Yin Yoga & deeply restorative movement
conscious breathing practices
Traditional Chinese Medicine & self-acupressure
fascia release work inspired by Munz Floor
systemic awareness and inner mapping
guided journey / deep relaxation
integration time to fully land the experience
Each practice is offered as an invitation — to feel, to listen, to slow down, and to let the body reorganize itself naturally when given space.

Under the energy of the Full Moon
Aligned with the full moon cycle, this morning invites us to observe what becomes amplified within us — fatigue, emotions, needs, desires, limits — and to gently restore balance rather than push through.
The full moon illuminates. It reveals. It invites awareness. And within this light, we create space to release, to soften, and to breathe differently.
