Well-Being at the Summit — Winter Edition

In Méribel, I welcome you with everything I’ve learned… and everything I’ve become.

Trained at various schools around the world—in Zen Shiatsu, traditional Thai massage, Chinese medicine, life coaching, nature-based activities, and fluid, dynamic yoga—I have gradually developed a holistic, intuitive, and deeply human approach.

Each session is an encounter.

A sensitive attunement to the body, the breath, emotions, and the living world around us.

Winter in Méribel invites you to slow down in a different way.

To rediscover warmth, breath, and inner space in the heart of a quieter natural world.

Amid snow-covered forests, the light of the mountain peaks, fir trees, and wide-open spaces, I offer experiences where movement, care, and connection to life come together naturally.

I’ll guide you from where you are—with gentleness, precision, and presence—to help you rediscover your own rhythm, your energy, and a more peaceful inner space.

— Magali Ayali
