Yoga Workshop: Rebirth at Easter – Traditions Reimagined

This Easter Monday, I invite you to take a pause to reflect, breathe, and connect traditions with modern life. Far from commercial habits, I will guide you to explore what this holiday can mean for us today and how we wish to inhabit it tomorrow.

Through yoga, meditation, and playful, creative practices, I will guide you to:

Take an inner inventory: What does Easter evoke for me? What do I want to keep or transform?

Reinhabit our traditions: Eggs, symbols, rituals… how can we make them true, alive, and personal?

Sow new intentions: Perform symbolic gestures, breathe, and visualize what you want to welcome into your life.

Reconnect with your body and breath: Through gentle, contemplative, or dynamic practices depending on the energy of the moment, embody renewal with every breath.


This workshop is a free space to slow down, play, reflect, and feel the joy of being reborn with spring, through the lens of Easter and our own reimagined traditions.
