Climbing

Méribel has a climbing wall, which stands at 14 metres, conserved at the Olympic Park. Climbing evenings are organised a few times per week during the summer introducing climbing to beginners or allowing others to improve. Upon request, the wall is available every day.

Climbing on natural rock takes place at Courchevel (half-dau) or at Vanoise, at Pralognan or Champagny (for full day courses). This activity is only available to two persons at a time. Guide to equipment for climbers without equipment. Experienced climbers can use their own equipment.

The local climbing routes are available to everybody and can be used by all, provided the safety regulations are applied.
