Advanced skiers can ski just 20 meters from the residence. The ski school and kindergarten are located at the Rond-Point des pistes, just a few minutes away on foot or by regular free shuttle bus (stop right next to the residence).

The 27m2 apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator) is very well-equipped.
It has a west-facing balcony with a large view on the Tougnète hillside.

- Living room: 2 sofa beds (90 cm) that can be combined in a double bed.
- Kitchen area: dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge.
- bedroom: 3 single beds (one high), the 2 lower beds can be converted into a double bed.

To prepare and make the most of your stay, we offer additional
optional services:
- linen rental on request €187/week for 5 people
- cleaning service on request €130

Additional information:
On your departure, the apartment must be left as you found it. All garbage cans must be emptied, the apartment tidied up, and the dishes cleaned and put away.
We ask you to turn down the heating before you leave and to close the windows.

Skis and boots are not allowed in the apartment, but an individual ski locker is available.

The resience rules must be respected, and any malfunctions must be reported to the owner.
