After-ski/sports, wellness or relaxing massages & therapeutic Ayurvedic treatments

They are the result of 14 years of continuous training in Ayurvedic clinics in India and experiences in renowned Spas and palaces. Real treatments adapted to your constitution, they touch the vital energy and the body tissues in order to balance and maintain physiological harmony, at the same time as psychic.

The oils and medicinal preparations that I use are based on natural plants. They are made in India in the purest tradition, some recipes being kept secret by the Indian family who trained me.

PROCEDURE OF MASSAGES AND TREATMENTS

The treatment begins with a short meeting which allows you to target your needs and personalize your massage. I start it with a harmonization with Tibetan singing bowls placed on your body: Their vibration opens your energy channels and prepares the body tissues. This subtle, soothing and rejuvenating vibratory massage, accompanied by therapeutic music, maximizes the effect of the treatment through the action of sound on the mind and cells.

Treatments and massages can be given individually or as a cure.

In the form of a cure, they will act more deeply and durably.

Classic well-being massages (sports, relaxing, deep tissue…) and/or Ayurvedic therapeutic rituals and treatments (sleep, letting go, destress, muscle recovery, digestion, back from a fall, injuries, hematomas, sciatica… ).
