July 14th celebrates in our collective memory an impetus for transformation, a call for greater justice, freedom and solidarity. This historic day is not just about fireworks and parades: it’s also an invitation to reflect on what these fundamental values mean in our daily lives and our inner lives.

In this sunset yoga session, Magali invites us to revisit the spirit of July 14th in a gentle and profound way, in the midst of nature, facing the Tuéda plane.

Freedom, as in the freedom of breath, of free movement, of unconstrained bodily expression.

Equality, as in the balance between the feminine and masculine within, between action and receptivity, between tension and release.

Fraternity, as in the bond forged with others, with the elements, with the living world around us.

In the golden light at the end of the day, postures, breathing and presence become ways of celebrating a simple, profound inner peace.

A moment of union with oneself and with the world, to honor a republican heritage through a sensitive, embodied and contemporary experience.

A yoga that connects: the roots of history and the beating of the heart.
