Prana’Dance, fusion of Dance, Yoga and Ayurveda

Prana’Dance is an invitation to vibrate in unison with the body, the Being and the elements. Rhythms and harmonies of music, Tibetan bowls, drumming and breathing… nourish the prana (life force) and balance the energies that govern us. This joyful and serene practice invites the expression of one’s creativity and essence, in connection with the other in the apprehension of space. expresses itself at all ages and all bodies.

Breathe, stretch, play, dance, vibrate with the nature of Lake Tueda, on the peaks of Tougnete or in the forest of Clos Bernard towards the altiport. Feed yourself with dietary advice during class.

The workshop lasts 1h30 (or 1h or family on reservation) + 15 minutes to access Lake Tueda on foot.

• Warm-ups and stretches in contact with the ground to the slow rhythm of Kapha, intelligent vital force binding the structure. Earth and water energy.

• Movements and asanas between earth and sky to the powerful and undulating rhythm of Pitta, the intelligent vital force of transformation. Fire and water energy.

• Aerial choreography to the alternating rhythm of Vata, the intelligent vital force of movement. Air (wind) and ether (space) energy.
