Surprising Festival

The Surprenant Festival is an event that creates a space where art and nature intertwine to inspire the imagination and awaken the senses. Come and enjoy an immersive artistic experience in the majestic forest of the altiport, magical sunsets at Le Plantin and other wonderful spots in the Méribel valley, where every moment holds a new artistic surprise.

Wednesday, July 16th
10am-11am, 11am-12pm, 2pm-3pm: Musical instrument making - on registration
Location: Place Maurice Front

Night-time poetic walk in the forest - registration required from 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm
Location: Altiport bus stop
Reinforced free shuttles: 8:45 p.m. from les Allues and 9 p.m. from Méribel center and 11 p.m. from the altiport to Mottaret and les Allues.


Thursday July 17th
11am-12pm: Storytelling in the forest
venue: Espace picnic de la forêt de Fontagny
Group departures possible from the altiport bus stop at 10:15 am with a mountain guide.

8pm - 9:15pm: Participatory barbecue
9:15pm - 10:15pm: Exceptional Kora concert: Senny Camara
venue: Aire de Pic Nic du Plantin
Free shuttles: 7:45pm from Méribel center (Méribel village stop) and 10:20pm from le Plantin to Mottaret and les Allues

Friday July 18th
6pm-7pm: Filobal aerobatic show
