In Méribel, I welcome you with everything I have learned… and everything I have become.

Trained in several schools around the world — Zen Shiatsu, traditional Thai massage, Reiki, Chinese medicine, life coaching, nature guiding, and fluid dynamic yoga — I have gradually woven a holistic, intuitive and deeply human approach.

Each session is a meeting.

A sensitive listening to the body, the breath, emotions, and the living world around us.

Summer in Méribel becomes an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters. Between forests, lakes, golden mountain light and nature-based movement, I offer experiences where healing, breath and reconnection with nature come together naturally.

• Sunset Yoga on Mondays

A weekly outdoor gathering to release tension, breathe deeply and welcome the softness of mountain evenings.

Fluid movement, breathwork, mindful mobility and deep relaxation at sunset.

• Travelling Yoga Experiences

Immersive small-group journeys exploring breath, the 5 elements, sensory awakening and connection with the living world.

Through forests, rivers and alpine landscapes: mindful walking, intuitive movement, breathing practices, nature rituals and landscape awareness.

Each session is unique, guided by the elements and the energy of the moment.

• Forest Therapy & Sensory Immersion

A gentle reconnection to yourself through the forest.

A sensitive approach to nature, awakening of the 5 senses, grounding practices, breathing, water connection and simple stress-regulation tools inspired by the living world.

• Women’s Yoga by the Lake Jetty

Gentle and deep sessions dedicated to women, aligned with cycles, seasons and life transitions.

Intuitive yoga, breathwork, guided relaxation and grounding moments in a peaceful lakeside setting.

Holistic Care & Massage Treatments

Massage and Zen Shiatsu sessions take place at the practice in Méribel-Mottaret or at your home, depending on your preference.

A deep energetic journey combining meridian reading, intuitive massage, guided relaxation and global harmonisation of body and mind.

A deeply nurturing and transformative treatment to restore vitality, alignment and inner peace.

• Traditional Zen Shiatsu

Performed on a futon on the floor and wearing comfortable clothing, this Japanese treatment uses acupressure, gentle stretches and energetic balancing.

A deeply restorative experience, both grounding and liberating.

• Energetic Massage with Local Aromatherapy

A deep and harmonising massage using Scots pine essential oil, inspired by the Alpine mountains.

Ideal after hiking, sport, or during periods of physical and emotional fatigue.

• Maternity in Harmony

A treatment dedicated to pregnant women to relieve tension, support circulation, calm the nervous system and strengthen the bond with baby.

Gentle acupressure, enveloping massage, facial care and deep guided relaxation.
