Mr and Mrs Raoul Fenestraz and their 3 children have their roots in Savoy but they are passionate about Argentina where they have been living since 2000. They own 2 “estancias” Relais & Châteaux and the Don André farm where they raise more than 600 heads of Aberdeen Angus beef.
The Argentine dinner of “La Table du Ruitor” is a gastronomic bridge between the two continents with : Duo Empanadas / grilled beef piece with chimichurri sauce served with a gratin dauphinois and a mesclun of green salad / hot cream with Dulce de Leche.
Mr. Fenestraz has selected this meat from the Angus breed for you, just like at home in Argentina. However, the one served to you is imported from Ireland since Argentine meat could only travel frozen while in our restaurant we only work with fresh products.
If you come with children, a children’s menu at €14 is available on site for them.
