Evening Yoga – A Summer Essential in Méribel

These evening sessions, which have become over the years a true summer ritual, invite you to slow down after a day of mountain activities.

I extend my heartfelt thanks to the hosts who welcome us onto their terraces in open access, allowing these moments to unfold in a simple, authentic and generous setting.

Together with holidaymakers, regulars, and local faithful practitioners, we gather for a shared practice that transforms the end of the day.

As the session unfolds, the body softens, the mind quiets, and the landscape gently supports this transition: the shift from daylight into a more inward, peaceful space.

The sunset becomes a natural ritual — a suspended moment to release, to contemplate, and to reconnect with oneself in the softness of the alpine evening.
