A moment to slow down, breathe and simply be yourself within a small and intimate group (2 to 6 people).
Along the trail, through movements inspired by travelling yoga, conscious breathing and sensory immersion, everyone is invited to listen to their inner state without trying to change anything — simply observing how feelings naturally evolve through contact with nature.
Guided by the elements of nature — earth, water, fire, air and space — this workshop offers a gentle exploration of our sensations, inner resources and natural strengths.
Magali, nature guide and holistic wellness facilitator, leads you through an immersive experience combining forest therapy, landscape awareness, connection with water, sensory awakening and intuitive nature rituals inspired by the living world.
Among alpine trees, mountain light, birdsong and the rhythm of the breath, we create a space for simple wonder, presence and reconnection with ourselves.
Gentle and playful tools for stress relief, grounding and nervous system regulation are also shared throughout the experience.
