An invitation to recharge your batteries in contact with nature and to find inner calm by purifying, cleansing and revitalizing body and mind. This mindful walk can also be shared with the family. No need to know how to practice yoga.
Experiences and notions of Ayurveda around the five elements to initiate the awareness and feeling of the same elements that make up nature and the body. It is an opening and stimulation of the sensory organs.
Often we make the shopping list even while walking in nature. This walk will help to let go of the mind and be in the present moment.
For everyone, even families. No need to know how to practice yoga.
Course of a workshop:
• Warm-ups: Yoga dance or Yoga games and awareness of the motion of walking.
• Stretching and connection with the nature that welcomes us.
• Walk with breathing exercises and mantra to calm the mind and get in touch with the five elements (earth, water, fire, air and space).
• Meditation of the sensory bubble.
• Ayurvedic tips for self-care.
